All refunds require the approval of the Innis Arden Swim Club manager. To request a refund, contact our pool manager at

Below are our guidelines for refunds, but all decisions are at the discretion of the manager.
Innis Arden Cancellation of Tournaments
If a tournament is canceled, we will typically refund all fees unless there are expenses already incurred that we are unable to recover.
Player Withdrawal from Tournaments
Barring injury or illness, we rarely refund tournament fees as having a player opting out of a tournament impacts both the tournament budget and the team.
